Well the good thing here is
Well the good thing here is that you know what you want. The bad thing is that these "friends" for whatever reason cannot give it to you. You seemed to have given them plenty of chances and they gave you plenty of excuses. A whole lot of nothing. I'm microsoft certification like you. I don't like keeping people on the "back burner". It gives them all the power and for you it's like dragging around a lot of baggage. Who needs it?
